1) How do I join the Loyalty program?

To become a Loyalty Program Member, click JOIN US above. If you already have an online account but are not enrolled in our Loyalty program, sign in to your account, enter or confirm your email ID and birth-date and click JOIN NOW. If you're new, create an online account and make sure to check the box to join the Rewards program.

2) How do I earn points?

We have rewards laid out for you at every step of your journey with us!

  • You will be welcomed with a special gift of 50 Points to start with as you join the programme and earn an additional 1 point per Rs. 20 spent on all full-priced purchases when enrolled in the Loyalty program while shopping online. You will receive additional points with each level you advance.
  • To celebrate your Birthday week, we treat you with a Rs. 500 discount.
  • You can share the perks with your friends with our referral program wherein both you and your friend will get access to our exclusive community, in addition to Rs 500 discount for you and a 20% discount for your friend on their first purchase.
  • We value your honest reviews, you’ll be rewarded 20 points for each review on our website. (please note: the review cannot be more than one for each product
    you purchase). You will also receive bonus points when you post or share your picture wearing a product from Aroka, and tag us @arokaofficial and use
    #wearoka in your captions.
3) Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

We, at Āroka, never put any limits on our customers' happiness.

4) How can I check my points balance?

Once you have logged in to your account, you can check your points balance and information related to your points on the same page.

5) Don’t have an account on our website yet?

Create one here. If your account is missing your balance, make sure you've created an online account following the steps above. Please check that your email address and phone number also match your loyalty account information. If you face problems or have queries, you can email us at hello@aroka.in

6) How do I redeem my birthday gift?

You will receive an email to the email address associated with your Rewards account with your unique offer bar code and online promo code. To redeem online, use the code provided in your email during checkout. Online redemption of your birthday gift requires a My Account profile. Don't have a My Account profile? Create one here.

7) How can I spend my points?

Click on the “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • This rewards program is provided by Ãroka, and its terms may change at any time. For Full Rewards Terms and Conditions, please read Aroka.com/termsandconditions.
  • Members must be enrolled in the Rewards program. 1 point for every INR 20 spent on Purchases and it increases at each stage of the Loyalty program.
  • Rewards Members earn a minimum of 10 points per INR 200 spent depending on their purchase history and level. Available codes can be found in the Rewards section in your account. Code cannot be combined with any other point offer/codes.
  • If the Points are not used within the applicable membership-year period, they will be forfeited. Each code is valid for use in transaction on the day of your choice until the availability of your points. A minimum of 200 points is required to be redeemed.
  • Birthday Discount - Members must be enrolled in the Rewards program. Offer will be received at least 4 days before your birthday—provided you have a members account with your birth date mentioned in the account profile page upon enrollment in the Rewards program on our website.
  • Points can be redeemed only if you have made a purchase in the last 12 months.
  • Limited to standard shipping. Qualifying purchase amount excludes gift cards, charity items, gift boxes, gift wrapping, taxes and packaging fees.
